Details
- Retrieve a BostonGene whole blood or saliva collection kit. To order new kits, please contact your BostonGene representative or email clientservices@bostongene.com
- Complete the Test Requisition Form (TRF)
- Fax or email the TRF and accompanying documents (progress note and pathology report) to BostonGene
- Ship a normal sample (blood or saliva) to BostonGene
- Analyses are performed in the CAP/CLIA-certified BostonGene Laboratory
- All test results are shared through the BostonGene Customer Portal. Once your first report is ready, an email notification will be sent that includes a link to activate your access to the portal
