Study Overview: Design: Prospective, randomized, open-label, multi-center, international, clinical safety and efficacy investigation. Randomization: Treatment with AccuCinch System plus guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) or GDMT alone. Enrollment: 400 randomized subjects at up to 80 centers worldwide
