In recent years, organisations have used multiple methods and approaches to design their strategic and action plans. In this context, resource-based view (RBV) and knowledge-based view (KBV) frameworks have received increased attention as being instrumental to strategy formulation. The application of such methods to the radiopharmaceutical centre of IPEN is described.
