The dry inlay attaches an RFID microchip (IC) and antenna as PET basic substrate. It is supplied on reel does not have any die-cutting, adhesive or cover (plastic or paper), which is very important component of rfid tags.
The WET inlay has die-cut, adhesive and visible antenna cover with transparent polypropylene. RFID Wet Inlays are best for applications where a low-cost “peel-and-stick” tag is needed. Any RFID Wet Inlay can also be converted into a paper or synthetic face label.
The RFID label also names rfid smart label, is converted with embedded different rfid inlay. Our rfid smart labels are comprised of two parts: a face label for printing barcode and human readable information, and an RFID chip which will be encoded by the RFID printer. They come in various sizes, most common are 4 x 6 inches, 2 x 4 inches or 1 x 2 inches, as well as we provide customize size as customer required. Our smart label is compatible with variety of rfid printer such as Zebra and Sato. In additional, SEIKO RFID provides serialized pre-printed and encoded service for satisfying client requirement.
