PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy alkane) is a high-performance fluoropolymer that stands out for its exceptional use in high purity applications, often selected for environments demanding minimal contamination. It shares many properties with PTFE, such as thermal stability and low friction, yet distinguishes itself with its structural composition, where certain carbon atoms are bonded to fluoroether groups.
