AED endoscopic instrument repairs are conditionally warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 180 days from the date of shipment. Upon receipt of return, any AED product with such defect will be promptly replaced or repaired. Abnormal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, disassembly, mishandling and/or improper operation; repairs or modifications not performed by AED; use in any manner or medical procedure other than those for which it is designed; or by failure to perform normal and routine maintenance as set out in the maintenance manual or operating instructions is not covered by this warranty.
