These shippers feature a holdover time of 96 to 120 hours. They are tested to provide stable performance for Frozen, Refrigerated and Controlled Room Temperature applications. The CDC Vaccine storage and handling tool kit (2019), states that frozen vaccines must be transported, in a portable vaccine freezer unit or qualified container and pack out that maintains temperatures between -50°C and -15°C (-58°F and +5°F)
