This particular combination is a “peelable” version, called fibre low, which can be used with uncoated medical paper grades, to coated papers or to coated Tyvek. If it is sealed to other Polyethylene complex, this film is weld, not peelable. In healthcare packaging, this structure is used commonly on thermoforming machines to be converted in formable webs and it is appreciated for its higher puncture resistance compared the more standard available films for such application and the more competitive price. Fields of application are, for example, packaging of needles, syringes, drapes, gauzes.

Polypropylene film is supplied clear transparent but on request can be tinted.
