They accommodate a range of container sizes from 0.1mL to 2000mL, providing versatile solutions for various products. The machine features ALPS's patented defashing technology, ensuring precision in removing excess plastic without damaging the containers. Isolation Insertion Technology (IIT) enhances aseptic process capabilities, integrating with isolators that maintain ISO 5 cleanliness. These machines, made in Arlington Heights, Illinois, USA, are custom-designed with the ability to use resins like LDPE, HDPE, and PP, catering to both aseptic and non-aseptic categories.
