Our Ohmeda®-style Quick Connects, also known as Ohio and Diamond Quick Connects, have been designed and engineered to be interchangeable with the original equipment manufacturer’s design in function, quality, and appearance along with some additional changes unique to Bay Corporation. Our Ohmeda®-style adaptors have a stainless steel nose and sleeve for durability, and a high flow design. The adaptors have a Chrome-plated brass body. Our couplers are designed with Bay Corporation’s unique high-flow valve and are 100% leak tested. They have a chrome-plated brass back body and a color-coded, high-strength plastic cap that has a gas identification marking. The color-coding on our quick connects along with their compact design makes them easy to identify and use. Our Ohmeda®-style couplers and quick connects are available for carbon dioxide, medical air, nitrous oxide, oxygen, vacuum/suction, and WAGD/AGSS.

Our Chemetron®-style Quick Connects, also known as NCG Quick Connects, have been designed and engineered to be interchangeable with the original equipment manufacturer’s design in function, quality, and appearance along with some additional changes unique to Bay Corporation. Our Chemetron®-style adaptors are equipped with a stainless steel striker to ensure strength and durability. They also have a Chrome-plated, 4 port high-flow nose. Our Chemetron®-style couplers have our unique high-flow valve and are 100% leak tested. They have an all metal latching plate for durability. The color-coding on our quick connects along with their compact design makes them easy to identify and to use. Our Chemetron®-style couplers and quick connects are available for medical air, nitrous oxide, oxygen, vacuum/suction, and WAGD/AGSS.

Our Schrader®-Style Quick Connects have been designed and engineered to be interchangeable with the original equipment manufacturer’s design in function, quality, and appearance along with some additional changes unique to Bay Corporation. The adaptors, which are offered in swivel and non-swivel, have a Chrome-plated brass body and a stainless steel high-flow nose for strength and durability. Our Schrader®-Style couplers have a chrome-plated back body with a durable, light-weight aluminum housing. They have an aluminum cap with a durable anodized finish. They also have Bay Corporation’s unique high-flow valve. The Schrader® quick connects are available for medical air, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, oxygen, and vacuum/suction.

The Compressed Gas Association (CGA) developed the Diameter-Index Safety system (DISS) to establish a standard for non-interchangeable, removable connections for use with Medical Gases, Instrument Air, Vacuum (Suction), and WAGD (Waste Anesthetic Gas Disposal). Non-interchangeable indexing is achieved by a series of increasing and decreasing diameters in the components of the connections. These specific diameters act in key-like fashion, so that fittings within the gas service "family" will connect only with their own "family members." In place of diameter indexing, Oxygen (DISS 1240) has been assigned the long established 9/16"-18 thread connections as its safety standards.

Our Puritan®-style quick connects, also known as GEO and Geometrical Quick Connects, have been designed and engineered to be interchangeable with the original equipment manufacturer’s design in function, quality, and appearance along with some additional changes unique to Bay Corporation. The adaptor has a stainless steel construction for strength and durability, and stamped gas identification. Our Puritan®-style couplers have a chrome-plated brass back body with a durable, light-weight aluminum housing. They are also equipped with a stainless steel cap for durability. Our couplers have Bay Corporation’s unique high-flow valve and are 100% leak tested. The color-coding on our quick connects along with their compact design makes them easy to identify and to use. Puritan®-style couplers and quick connects are available for medical air, nitrous oxide, oxygen, vacuum/suction, and WAGD/AGSS.
