NuStat is a single-use hemostatic wound dressing applied externally with mechanical compression to temporarily control bleeding in lacerations, punctures, abrasions, surgical wounds (operative, postoperative, dermatological, etc.) and dramatic injuries.

Each package contains (1) NuStat® 4”x4” hemostatic pad. NuStat is a patented blend of hemostatic fibers that control traumatic bleeding through absorption of fluid at the injury site, which results in a physical aggregation of blood cells and clotting factors. NuStat®’s compact packaging allows for convenient storage and rapid application. NuStat® does not contain latex, external coatings, animal and/or human proteins.

The NuStat Starter Bundle is designed to equip civilians with with the tools needed to rapidly control life-threatening bleeding. Whether at home, in the car or at sporting event, NuStat® allows you to be in control!

NuStat is indicated to temporarily control bleeding in minor cuts, lacerations, punctures, abrasions and incisions.
