Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) Past Events

Building on last year’s event, which attracted 450 delegates and saw the launch of the much anticipated Waste Strategy Review for England – unveiled in person by Environment Minister, Caroline Spelman – this year’s two-day conference is again expected to boast ministerial speakers alongside thought leaders and industry figureheads, both speaking and in the audience. The conference will again feature a Question Time-style debate on on the role of our sector in delivering a `green economy`, while other key topics include stimulating materials recovery and markets and the planning system. It will also include an exhibition and provide excellent opportunities to network over the two days.
