We make all of our plastic tubes from the polyethylene family of plastics and we never use wire. That means they are durable, light weight, and 100% recyclable. The interior is very smooth, with only a thin, helical seam that runs the length of the tube. This provides excellent flow characteristics whether for fluid, gas, or material transfer. At Crushproof®, we can dip mold parts of all shapes and sizes to create something that is flexible, durable, and cost-effective. We specialize in small to medium volume runs, and our low tooling fees make it possible to get a project going on a budget. Our standard dipping material is black plastisol, but other options are available.
