SCANRAY represents a line of portable wireless digital radiography systems designed to serve the precise demands of non-destructive testing (NDT). These systems come in several specifications, offering varying pixel pitches and active area dimensions, allowing for tailored solutions in different industrial applications. They are ideally suited for inspecting welds, detecting corrosion in oil and gas sectors, and executing rigorous quality checks in shipbuilding, aerospace, and military industries. Employing either X-ray or Gamma-ray sources, these devices effectively identify material defects. Radiographic images are instantly relayed to a tablet or laptop, or stored on the detector for subsequent review. Optional bespoke systems are available for specialized applications, like semi-automated inspection of extensive welds in large structures. The devices come equipped with Gadox/CsI scintillators, offering uniform grayscale imaging in 16 bits, with robust operating capabilities across a wide voltage range and conditioned to withstand harsh environments through IP67 dust and water resistance.

The VISIO System provides automated visual and dimensional inspection of circumferential weld joints in pipes with a diameter of 273 mm (10 inches) or more. Suitable for integration into the XPRESS-SCAN® digital radiography complex or as a standalone unit, the VISIO System captures, processes, and archives digital profiles that reflect the shape and dimensions of weld joints. It employs a laser triangulation 2D scanner mounted on a carriage designed to traverse annular welds on pipe bands per pre-set protocols. Operating either stationary or in motion, the system's carriage moves precisely to cover the entirety of weld joints, sending inspection results wirelessly in real-time to an operator's PC. This technological advancement enhances digital radiography by providing real-time, high-resolution image data, aiding in comprehensive weld analysis and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

DR-SOFT is a robust and intuitive software solution tailored for acquiring both static and dynamic radiographic images from a variety of devices. It facilitates the analysis and interpretation of these images by enabling precise measurement of linear dimensions, grey scale, and other digital image parameters. Critical features include comprehensive data archiving capabilities and adherence to the DICONDE standard ASTM E2339-21, ensuring secure data management. The software supports the preservation of supplementary information alongside images, such as material specifics, thickness, pipe diameter, weld identification, exposure settings, capture dates, times, and geographical coordinates.
