Allergy Testing
Allergy Testing
The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is intended for the quantitative or qualitative determination of IgA antibodies in human serum, directed against gliadin. This product is for Research Use Only; International customers contact your representative to receive information about the CE marked version. The immobilized antigen is a gliadin preparation purified from wheat gluten. The test is fast (incubation time 30 / 30 / 30 minutes) and flexible (divisible solid phase, ready-to-use reagents). Six calibrators allow quantitative measurements; a negative and a positive control check the assay performance.

AMA-M2 ELISA is an test system for the quantitative measurement of IgG class autoantibodies against mitochondrial M2 subtype antigen in human serum or plasma. Highly purified mitochondrial M2 subtype antigen is bound to microwells. Antibodies against the coated antigen, if present in diluted patient sample, bind to the respective antigen. Washing of the microwells removes unbound unspecific serum and plasma components. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-human antibodies immunologically detect the bound patient antibodies forming a conjugate/antibody/antigen complex. Washing of the microwells removes unbound conjugate. An enzyme substrate in the presence of bound conjugate hydrolyzes to form a blue colour. The addition of an acid stops the reaction forming a yellow end-product. The intensity of this yellow colour is measured photometrically at 450 nm.

The DRG® 25-OH Vitamin D (total) ELISA RUO is an enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of total 25-OH Vitamin D (Vitamin D2/D3) in serum or plasma (EDTA, lithium heparin or citrate plasma). This product is for Research Use Only; International customers contact your representative to receive information about the CE marked version. The DRG 25-OH Vitamin D (total) ELISA is a solid phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) based on the principle of competitive binding. The microtiter wells are coated with a monoclonal (mouse) antibody directed towards a unique antigenic site of 25-OH Vitamin D (25-OH D) molecule.

An enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of aldosterone in serum, plasma (EDTA-, heparin- or citrate plasma) and urine. This product is for Research Use Only; International customers contact your representative to receive information about the CE marked version. The DRG Aldosterone ELISA Kit is a solid phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), based on the principle of competitive binding. The microtiter wells are coated with a polyclonal rabbit antibody directed towards an antigenic site of the aldosterone molecule. Endogenous aldosterone of a patient sample competes with an aldosterone-horseradish peroxidase conjugate for binding to the coated antibody. After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of colour developed is inversely proportional to the concentration of aldosterone in the patient sample.

ELISA - DRG Schistosoma IgG
The DRG Schistosoma IgG ELISA is for the qualitative determination of serum or plasma antibodies in humans, primarily IgG, to Schistosoma spp. using the ELISA technique. During the first incubation, the antibodies in the patients’ serum bind to the antigens in the test well. The next incubation allows the enzyme complex to bind to the antigen - antibody complex. After a few washings to remove unbound enzymes, a substrate is added that develops a blue color in the presence of the enzyme complex and peroxide. The stop solution ends the reaction, turning the blue assay color to yellow.
