Dymax Model 400 pneumatic, normally closed needle valve is designed to deliver precise dots or very fine beads of low- to medium-viscosity fluids such as light-curable adhesives and inks. The valve’s design is compact and lightweight, making it easy and comfortable to handle. Air pressure retracts the valve’s needle assembly from the seat allowing fluid to flow from the valve fluid inlet to the dispensing tip. When the air pressure is eliminated, the spring returns the needle back to its position, closing the fluid path and ending the dispense cycle. Accurate, repeatable dispensing can be achieved by utilizing the valve’s material flow adjustment to control the shot volume. The Model 400 is available in several system packages, paired with the Dymax DVC-345 bench-top valve controller and material reservoirs of various styles and sizes. Additional accessories, like a valve stand and various style dispense tips, are also available for this system.

Replace traditional time-consuming tapes, waxes, and lacquer masking methods. Dymax SpeedMask® resins cure with UV or LED light for reliable surface protection not available from traditional masking materials. Our light-curable maskants are different in that they conform to complex geometries and are easily removed via peeling or incineration, leaving a residue-free surface. Simply apply, cure, treat, and remove in four easy steps. Products come in several viscosities for easy application through dipping, spraying, or screen printing. Formulations are available with high adhesion, secondary heat cure, and high-visibility colors such as pink, blue, and green.  Recommended surfaces include nickel superalloys, high-temperature steel, titanium, cobalt, and stainless steel. SpeedMask® maskants can be used throughout many industries, including aerospace, power generation, and metal finishing, as well as the manufacturing of orthopedic implants and medical devices.

The SD-100 digital syringe dispenser accurately dispenses low-to-high viscosity materials from a syringe. Operators are able to quickly and easily set up the system for the deposit size needed with the digital timer control and adjustable pressure gauge. This dispensing system is ideal for use as an operator work station and can also be integrated into an automated process by connecting an external signal to the system input. Dymax powered syringe dispensers can also be easily integrated into automated processes. They feature vacuum suck-back for clean, crisp shutoff of fluids and can be programmed with up to 9 different dispense setting routines. The unit’s three operation modes include manual, timer, and cycle to meet specific application requirements.

The Micro-Dot™ hand-held syringe dispenser delivers accurate and consistent fluid deposits from pre-packed 3, 5, and 10 mL disposable syringes. This portable syringe dispenser can be set to dispense a wide range of fluid shot volumes. Once a volume is set, the positive displacement design allows it to be repeated indefinitely with acute consistency. The Micro-Dot manual syringe dispenser is lightweight and can be used in any environment. With the thumb actuated and lever-actuated designs, users can choose the best actuation option for their application. Molded taper dispensing tips are recommended for achieving the most accurate shot size with the Micro-Dot.
