About Us
Dynacare manufactures medical-grade and specialty gloves for use by various industries. Our state-of-the-art glove manufacturing plant (“Plant”) is situated in Lumut Industrial Park, an industrial hub located in the northern state of Perak in Malaysia.
Our Plant is equipped with 42 highly automated production lines that produce an average of 12 billion pieces of gloves per year. These production lines can produce either powder-free latex or powder-free nitrile examination gloves and specialty gloves interchangeably. Our Plant also features supporting infrastructure and facilities, including a centralised packing facility, warehouse and loading bay, laboratory and testing facilities, R&D centre, modern offices, cafeteria and visitor centre, amongst others.
Dynacare believes that incorporating sustainability into every facet of our business and operation is both a strategic and responsible business decision, ensuring that our actions benefit our stakeholders not just for today, but also for the years to come. As proud adopters of industry-leading Environment, Social and Governance (or “ESG”) standards, sustainability is intricately weaved into the fabric of our organisation, right from the design and construction of our Plant, up to its operation.
Our Plant is intentionally built to be a resource-efficient and environmentally friendly facility. Solar renewable energy as well as natural lighting and ventilation reduce our need for electricity from the national grid. In addition, our Plant comes fully equipped with advanced wastewater treatment and water recycling systems, thereby lowering our water consumption whilst reducing our ecological impact on the surrounding waterways. Our Plant’s employment of automated glove stripping, counting, stacking and packing systems reduces the need for low-skilled labour whilst promoting the development of high-skilled jobs.
Dynacare is an active supporter of greening the Earth. Having adopted the “plant in a garden” concept, our Plant stands tall amidst trees of various species. Strategically planted throughout our compound, these trees mitigate our carbon emissions, reduce water runoff, and lower ambient temperatures.
The welfare of our workers is of utmost importance. Located within our compound is a modern centralised labour quarters, thoughtfully designed with ensuite bathrooms and lockers, comfortable and safe bedrooms as well as recreation facilities and amenities for our workers’ rest and relaxation.
Our Plant also adopts a Quality Management System that meets ISO 13485:2016 standard certifications. We have specialist and experienced teams that are dedicated to upholding the quality of our products. Our quality assurance processes are rigorous, in conformance with the standards set by global accreditation bodies like US FDA, ISO, EN and ASTM. Our gloves are thus exported with full confidence worldwide, especially to prestigious global markets like the United States of America, Europe and Japan.

We own an efficient and environmentally friendly manufacturing plant and supporting infrastructure to produce our gloves. Our Plant has been carefully designed to incorporate the following features:
a) Energy Efficiency
Our production lines apply the latest energy-efficient technologies, such as high-efficiency electrical motors, chillers and compressed air systems. Natural lighting and ventilation feature prominently in all our buildings.
b) Renewable Energy
Renewable energy is a staple in Dynacare’s glove production process. We apply solar photovoltaic systems to generate solar power for our own consumption.
c) Water Efficiency
Glove manufacturing is a water-intensive industry. Water is used in washing, flushing, diluting, compounding and many other processes.
Our Plant employs an advanced wastewater/industrial effluent treatment system to properly treat wastewater before its discharge. Our Plant also incorporates a reverse-osmosis recycling system for treated wastewater to be reused.
d) Emission and Solid Waste Management
Our production lines incorporate scrubber systems to filter out and neutralise the excess chlorine used in our production process. We send sludge cakes from our wastewater treatment plant for proper disposal.
e) Sustainable sourcing
Sustainable sourcing is an essential part of our procurement supply chain management. We integrate ESG factors into our selection of vendors and suppliers. We identify purchasing categories in which environmental sustainability efforts may achieve success, develop policies such as supplier code of conduct, and clearly explain our environmental sustainability goals and expectations from suppliers.
f) Computerised Control and Monitoring System
Our Plant is fitted with a fully automated computerised control and monitoring system (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System, or SCADA) for seamless control of our manufacturing processes. This reduces manual intervention, increasing our productivity and operational efficiency.
