Point of Care - Hemoglobin Analyzers

DiaSpect - Hand-Held Hemoglobin Analyzer

EKF Diagnostics’ DiaSpect Tm delivers laboratory quality results in less than two seconds from the microcuvette being placed into the analyzer. The hemoglobin analyzer is palm-sized, making it easily transportable, and ideal for use in any screening setting even in challenging climatic environments. DiaSpect’s ‘always-on’ technology means that professionals can start to use the device immediately and the rechargeable internal battery, which provides up to 40 days / 10,000 tests continuous use, provides the flexibility of not needing a power source for weeks at a time.

DiaSpect - Hemoglobin Analyzer

EKF Diagnostics’ DiaSpect Hemoglobin T has an imprecision CV (within run) of < 1 % and is factory calibrated against the HiCN reference method according to ICSH. The device provides a hemoglobin result and calculated hematocrit reading from one small 10 μL blood sample. Capillary, venous or arterial blood (EDTA and heparin anticoagulant) can be used. The DiaSpect Hemoglobin T has many user friendly features including a programmable color screen display that lets you select language options and units of measurement. The motorised microcuvette holder softly pulls the filled cuvette into the analyzer, which minimizes the risk of contamination.

DiaSpect - Low Hemoglobin Analyzer

EKF Diagnostics’ DiaSpect Hemoglobin T Low is designed for the quantitative determination of low levels of hemoglobin in plasma and serum specimens, aqueous solutions, or stored or banked erthrocytes. This hemoglobin analyzer has a measuring range between 0.3 and 30.0 g/L (0.03 - 3.0 g/dL) and, because its based on the standard T analyzer, it delivers laboratory quality results within one - two seconds of the microcuvette being placed into the analyzer.
