EndoClot Plus - Endoscopic Gel Delivery System

Due to the long working channel of the endoscopes, it is usually very difficult to deliver or inject gel or solutions with high viscosity into the GI tract via endoscope. EndoClot Plus designed and developed a unique syringe with spiral plunger to overcome this problem. The spiral plunger syringe is compatible with any available sterile endoscopic injection needles on the market.

EndoClot Plus - Endoscopic Powder Delivery System

EndoClot Plus provides an innovative powder delivery system to enable endoscopists to spray the AMP power directly to the designated site via the working channel of an endoscope. The innovative applicator includes a delivery catheter and a specially designed powder/air mixing chamber that is connected to the powder dispenser and the EndoClot Air Compressor. The delivery catheter is inserted into the endoscope and positioned toward the lesion in the gastrointestinal tract. Pressure coming from the air compressor propels the powder through the catheter directly to the designated area. The unique anti-reflux design prevents occlusion.

EndoClot - Submucosal Injection System

EndoClot Submucosal Injection System (SIS) is a single-use medical device that is composed of Absorbable Modified Polymer (AMP) derived from plant starch particles. EndoClot SIS is intended for use in gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures for submucosal lift of polyps, adenomas, early stage cancers or other gastrointestinal mucosal lesions, prior to excision with a snare or endoscopic device. EndoClot SIS provides long mucosa lifting, higher elevation and easy delivery.

EndoClot PHS - Polysaccharide Hemostatic System

EndoClot PHS is a single use medical device consisting of Absorbable Modified Polymers (AMP) and a unique powder delivery system (applicator). It is a safe and effective method to control bleeding in both upper and lower GI tracts. It works particularly well for large, oozing to moderate bleeding wounds, such as ulcer bleeding, tumor bleeding and EMR/ESD. It is capable of being applied to lesions that may be located in hard to reach areas. It is also useful to prevent re-bleeding post EMR/ESD and can be used as an add-on therapy to control bleeding with any other conventional techniques.

EndoClot - Adhesive

EndoClot Adhesive is a single-use medical device that consists of Adhesive Hemostatic Polymer (AHP) and an applicator to ensure accurate delivery of the powder to the lesion within the GI tract. AHP particles are hydrophilic which instantly creates a gel barrier when in contact with blood or GI fluids. AHP particles are also very adhesive to assist in maintaining the clot formation as well as sealing and protecting the wound over several days.
