The Amalgatome SK® is a processing system developed to improve the process of removing adipose tissue from a full-thickness allograft skin graft. Its advanced and ergonomic design delivers comfort during use while providing an efficient solution to the processing technician to produce high-quality, full-thickness allograft skin grafts. The fast-rotating circular blade cuts through adipose tissue quickly and effectively compared to the conventional scalpel methods.

Designed with tissue banks in mind, the unique rotary design with edge retention technology allows you to maneuver over body contours and hard-to-reach areas that are challenging for standard methods. Easy to use, it provides uniform, consistent allograft skin grafts resulting in higher yields,* increased productivity, and improved efficiencies.

The Rosenberg Mesher is a skin graft meshing system utilizing adjustable meshing ratios.  The adjustable mesher has options for multiple meshing ratios and eliminates the need to keep stock of different meshers, rollers, or carriers.  The skin graft may be meshed into all size meshing ratios (from 1:1 up to more than 1:5).  This is based upon the needs, available skin, functional and aesthetic considerations.
