Laser Marking Systems - CO2 Laser Markers

FOBA - CO2 Laser Marker

The compact version of the proven CO2 laser marking technology: affordable and efficient. The FOBA C.0303* offers high-quality laser marking at an affordable price. With an output of 30 watts, it is particularly suitable for simple marking applications in the electronics and automotive supply industries. It can precisely mark various materials such as plastics, resins, glass, ceramics, wood, paper and cardboard.

FOBA - CO2 Laser Marker

Reliable, field-proven CO2 laser marking technology combined with unrivalled flexibility. Wavelengths, scan head aperture, marking head position, IP rating, power and much more can be configured to suit your application needs. Flexibility is built-in. With print speeds up to 2,000 characters/sec. and line speeds up to 900 m/min., these marking lasers address both simple and complex code requirements on a range of substrates including paperboard, glass, painted metals and many plastic materials. This flexibility makes the C-Series lasers well suited for laser marking applications in various industries: for automotive parts, electronic components, plastic parts, cables, and many more. Marking your products on-the-fly or when stationary, with simple date codes or complex graphics, the C.0102 and C.0302 offer cost effective solutions to your part marking challenges.

Laser Marking Systems - UV Laser Markers

FOBA - UV-Laser Marker

UV laser marker for high-contrast markings on highly sensitive products. The FOBA V.0020-uv ultraviolet marking laser applies high-contrast markings even on sensitive products. As the vector scanning laser impacts the product`s surface photo-chemically and with reduced peripheral heating, the heat effect of laser marking on substrates and materials can be kept to a minimum. With a typical pulse duration of 20 ns and a beam diameter of 10 µm, the V.0020-uv laser marking system only colors the surface instead of foaming the material, which means less impact on the product. Therefore it is possible to mark even highly sensitive and previously unmarkable material with FOBA`s pioneering UV laser marker.
