Hydrotherapy - Patient Lift
Fysiomed - Electric Patient Lift with Hiwin Actuator
The Electric Patient Lift from Fysiomed is engineered to facilitate patient handling with its robust square powder-coated steel frame. Designed for optimal stability, its width-adjustable base can expand from 62 cm to 110 cm, enabling easy maneuverability in tight spaces. This device is equipped with swivel casters, two of which feature brakes for secure positioning. It uses an electric Hiwin pump, complete with a detachable battery, an emergency stop button, and a handheld control with LED display. The patient lift is fitted with a canvas sling that includes a headrest for enhanced comfort, and padded handles ensure comfortable grip. The actuator boasts a force capacity of 10,000N, making it suited for various patient lifting needs with a maximum load capacity of 180 kg. This lift provides reliable assistance for hydrotherapy and other therapeutic applications, ensuring safety and efficiency in patient transport.
Neurologic Stimulation
Fysiomed - Gravity Device for Spine Therapy
GraviSpine is a specialized therapeutic device designed to address spinal conditions, particularly scoliosis in both children and adults. It is engineered to deliver innovative treatment options that aim to enhance the life quality of patients with spinal deformities and alleviate chronic back pain syndromes. This device is suitable for individuals with varied conditions such as Scheuermann’s disease and functional shortenings of the lower limbs, providing methodical therapy sessions. The treatment regimen for scoliosis consists of two to three sessions per week, each involving two 20-minute therapy intervals. Other conditions, like the inflammation of intervertebral discs and vertebrae, require more frequent sessions, three to four times weekly. GraviSpine's structured approach offers distinct therapeutic benefits aimed at improving spine alignment and health.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation - Verticalization Stands
Fysiomed - PIO Walking Simulator for Orthopedic Rehabilitation
The PIO Walking Simulator is specifically designed for orthopedic rehabilitation to assist patients in synchronizing their movements for improved coordination while exercising upright. This sophisticated device enables patients to exercise their lower limbs through a mechanism involving hand-operated levers, effectively stabilizing them in an optimal position. The PIO apparatus facilitates necessary weight-bearing activities, crucial for the proper movement of hips, knees, and tarsal joints, thereby promoting synchronized motions simulating a natural gait. By integrating passive lower limb exercise with active upper limb and body workout, it ensures a nearly natural load on the muscular and skeletal systems. This holistic approach contributes significantly to the rehabilitation process by enhancing joint movement, muscle coordination, and overall physical function.
Physiotherapy - Diathermy
Fysiomed - Tecartherapy Device for Resistive and Capacitive Diathermy
The TRC NT device is designed for Tecartherapy, providing therapeutic resistive and capacitive diathermy treatments. It operates at a frequency of 485 kHz with adjustable power up to 300 watts. The device is non-invasive and utilizes special applicators for energy delivery across cellular layers. Treatments are painless, resembling a massage with warmth, and effective by promoting lymphatic drainage, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and providing analgesic effects. The resistive diathermy penetrates deeply into bones, ligaments, and muscles, aiding in drainage and muscle relaxation. The capacitive diathermy stimulates biological processes, primarily affecting areas near the electrode with minimal heat. The device features an Interactive Probe (IP) with sensors and an LCD for monitoring treatment effectiveness in real-time, allowing adjustments via a magnetic coupling system.
Rehabilitation Diagnostic
Fysiomed - Biofeedback Postural Treadmill
The Biofeedback Postural Treadmill TNCH is an advanced, non-motorized therapeutic device designed for assisted training in step locomotion and balance. It employs feedback through a corrective mirror to facilitate neurophysiological stimulation, aiming to enhance gait and balance. This equipment is particularly beneficial in rehabilitation settings, allowing for twice-daily use as part of comprehensive spa treatment programs. It's ideal for patients pre- and post-knee and hip arthroplasty, stroke recovery, cerebral palsy, and various vertebrogenic pain disorders. Additionally, it assists in gait and balance retraining with prostheses for amputees and other conditions necessitating improved locomotion or range of motion in the lower limbs. A therapist skilled in assisted locomotion training is essential when using this device to ensure proper body posture and weight distribution during the rehabilitation process.
