A typical medical vacuum central station consists of one, two or three vacuum pumps. The medical vacuum systems are designed to operate according to BS HTM 2022, EN 737-3 and ISO 7396-1 standards. The duty vacuum pump is rated at 100% of the installation design flow rate and a standby pump capable of automatic operation is fitted (if needed). The vacuum plant design enables isolation of each component without interrupting the overall system operation.

The time keeping systems for general use are consisted of the follow components: Master clock, Slave clocks, Back up battery.

The cylinders decompression units are designed to supply medical gases (oxygen-nitrous oxide-air-nitrogen-carbon dioxide) to any type of medical gas network, where continuity of supply is essential and where the pipeline is supplied from manifold high pressure gas cylinders. They are complied with all current safety regulations and laws and are designed and tested to guarantee safe operation.

VERGINA Version IV pendant arm has been created for grouping all the necessary electrical, data and medical gases services, required for use in operating theaters in anesthetic & surgical rooms and intensive care areas. These ceiling pendants are manufactured and installed to the customer’s specifications to suit a particular location and purpose. The installed position ensures that the outlets can be placed immediately above the medical equipments or the anesthetic machine, there by removing the hazard of trailing hoses and cables.

Outlets are installed at the final delivery points in a medical gas pipeline system. They are used by the medical personnel to supply the various medical gases. The two-part outlets are composed of the base part and the finishing part.
