Both precision engineering and ultra cleanliness are crucial for many of our products. Therefore, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is often used in medical products to avoid possible material inclusions. Medical technology products, such as anesthesia masks, catheters and sealing caps for trocars and Luer-Loks which need to meet stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards, can be assembled in a ISO Class 7 (formerly: 10,000) cleanroom. Our approach is to focus consistently on optimum purity conditions and optimum → (medical) materials, no matter whether for tests, small orders or large series. In addition we have in place comprehensive and indispensable quality and control systems. This is confirmed by our certification according to → DIN EN ISO 13485.

Our rubber components are crucial to the acoustic success of a hearing aid (vibrations, noise insulation) and comfort - the most important considerations when buying a hearing aid.

Miniaturization is a phenomenon affecting more and more food and industrial sectors. We recognized the associated requirements very early on. Hepako is able to produce complex molds for the smallest of parts. Depending on the final application, various elastomers are used.
