ULTRAPLAST is a line of heavy-duty ultrasonic generators designed for intermittent welding applications. These digital units operate at frequencies of 20 kHz, 30 kHz, and 35 kHz, offering a power range between 900 W and 6200 W. One of their primary features includes programmable ramp up and ramp down times, alongside an adjustable weld amplitude, allowing for precise control over the welding process. ULTRAPLAST generators are equipped with DataRecorder G3 software, which records, archives, and analyzes over 150 parameters for each weld process, providing comprehensive data for quality assurance and process optimization. These generators are integrated into all Herrmann Ultraschall series machines and systems, reinforcing their utility across multiple applications in sectors such as automotive, electronics, medical, and consumer products where ultrasonic welding is essential.
