The Transpose® Ultra System consists of the Transpose® Ultra Tissue Processing Unit plus a number of other disposable components, including the pharmaceutical-grade MatraseTM enzyme blend and single-use disposables that enable the isolation of regenerative cells from a patient’s own adipose tissue. In the US, InGeneron’s Transpose® Ultra System is for investigational use only. In Europe, the Transpose® Ultra System uses clinical-grade components and is registered under the CE Mark for human use upon prescription by a physician in Europe.

InGeneron’s proprietary MatraseTM Reagent is a high purity enzymatic mixture for the release of mesenchymal stem cells and other regenerative cells from adipose tissue. The product is manufactured under a contract by a major biopharmaceutical company under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and tested by high-performance liquid chromatography. MatraseTM Reagent is free of mammalian origin.

InGeneron’s Transpose® Ultra Lipoaspirate Processing System kit consists of sterile syringes, tubes, and other disposables. It is a closed system and designed to extract the regenerative cells from lipoaspirate using the Transpose® Ultra Tissue Processing Unit.

InGeneron’s Transpose® Ultra Tissue Processing Unit, in conjunction with the products of the Transpose® Ultra System, enables point-of-care rapid isolation of regenerative cells. It is an automated and preprogrammed processing device for the heating, agitation, and centrifugation of adipose-derived tissue. Up to four samples can be processed at the same time. Both regenerative cells and platelet-rich plasma can be prepared with the Processing Unit. The Processing Unit is intended to be used in a clean environment by a physician, nurse, or similarly qualified technician. The collection of the sample and the ultimate use of the resulting cells should be performed by a physician.
