We purchased expensive and necessary testing equipment to strictly control the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Quality Management
Strict Quality Inspection
We implement the strict quality inspection procedure to monitor and check incoming raw materials, processes and finished products to ensure quality meets the required criteria and prevent unintended use of the product. All incoming raw materials, processes and finished products out/in stock inspection will be covered.
For instance, each batch of the incoming melt-blown filtering fiber and non-woven spunbond fiber should be inspected. When the finished respirator product is made, each batch of masks still need to undergo quality inspection.
And for self-ligating brackets, the opening and close of clip should be inspected for each brackets. Each engine use file needs to be inspected the handle connection strength to prevent the file from falling off the handle after leaving the factory.
Supplier Audit
Our requirements for suppliers are very strict, including the supplier's corporate qualifications, production capacity, quality system control, quality assurance of raw materials, technical strength, supply cycle, transportation and freight, and future quality issues, response speed, service status and cooperation results evaluation.
