The HBV NGS hyb panel is a hybridization capture panel intended for research of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in frozen tissue, FFPE tissue, and cell culture.

The GSTP1 Short Amplicon Methylation specific qPCR kit is intended to quantify the methylation GSTP1 gene promoter. The kit utilizes a two-step approach for quantification of PCR products on Roche’s LightCycler® 480 platform. Reagents in the kit include first and second step primers, methylation-specific probe, and controls sufficient for 50 reactions. The kit does not contain LightCycler® 480 Probe Master.

The RASSF1A Short Amplicon Methylation specific qPCR kit is intended to quantify the methylated RASSF1A promoter. The kit utilizes a two-step approach (HotStart Taq Plus and LightCycler® 480 SYBR Green Master I) for quantification of PCR products on Roche’s LightCycler® 480 platform. Reagents in the kit include first and second step primers and controls sufficient for 50 reactions. The kit does not contain LightCycler® 480 SYBR Green Master I.
