Zeramex - XT Implant
PROSTHETIC FLEXIBILITY: The Zeramex® XT implant system offers a high degree of prosthetic flexibility thanks to straight and angled abutments. FOUR INTERLOCKS: The four interlocks provide precise anti-rotation protection. The “Bolt-in Tube” connection prevents force from being transmitted via the interlocks. These four retaining elements help the abutment to be securely and quickly placed in the implant. "BOLT-IN TUBE": The “Bolt-in-Tube” connection prevents traction from being exerted on the ceramic. Forces are absorbed by the Vicarbo screw which functions as a bolt. VICARBO SCREW: The Vicarbo screw is a precision screw to optimally capture occlusal forces. When tightened, it grips the existing contour of the thread thanks to the significantly different hardnesses of the ceramic and screw.
Bone Substitutes
Accell Connexus - Demineralized Bone Matrix Putty
A high surface area demineralized bone matrix (ABM) that incorporates a highly biocompatible Reverse Phase Medium (RPM) for robust handling.
DynaBlast - Demineralized Bone Matrix with Cancellous Bone
Demineralized Bone Matrix (DBM) contains the full complex of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) that provide the osteoinductive signal to form new bone.

PLATFORM SWITCHING: The Platform switch maintains crestal bone and increases soft tissue colume around the implant platform. BONE MAINTENANCE: Microthreads provide even load distribution, stabilizing and maintaining crestal bone level. TAPERED CORE: Cylindrical shape promotes long-term osseointegration by enlarging surface area and bone to implant contact. K-LEAN™: Sandblasted acid-etched surface, with an extensive multi-stage cleaning process, utilizes ultra-pure water (UPW) which removes undesired residues, yielding a contamination-free surface. INITIAL STABILITY: Tapered progressive thread aimed to enhance initial stability by creating bone compression. TAPERED APEX: The apically tapered implant design allows for under-preparation of the osteotomy and supports primary stability in soft bone. V-THREAD: One of the longest documented designs in scientific literature with more than 45 years of evidence.
