Disposable scalpels consist of a surgical blade attached to a plastic handle. Scalpels have been designed with your safety in mind. A clear plastic guard covers the blade. This provides protection to the edge, prevents damage to the packaging and allows safe disposal after use. Disposable scalpels are sterilized by Gamma radiation. Disposable scalpels are sold individually packed in boxes of 10. We can also supply in bulk packs.

Mini scalpel, also known as thumb scalpel, consists of a small plastic handle fitted with a surgical blade made of stainless steel of Size 10, 11 or 15. A clear plastic guard covers the blade. This provides protection to the edge, prevents damage to the packaging and allows safe disposal after use. Mini scalpels are ideal for use in various kits. Mini scalpels are sold in bulk pack with 100 scalpels to a pouch.

The KIATO Retractable safety scalpel supports and enhances safe passing procedures and protocols to help you prevent sharp related injuries in accordance with OSHA and EU guidelines. The sturdy well balanced KIATO retractable safety scalpel features an ergonomically superior handle with excellent blade visibility and stiffness. Intuitive control of blade position from retracted to exposed for use, then back again. The control button snaps into position positively indicating correct placement. Button snaps further back for final lock out prior to disposal in a sharps container.

Surgical blades are available in the following sizes 10, 10A, 11, 11P, 12, 15, 15D, 18, 20, 21, 22, 22A, 23, 24, 25 & 36. They are made of either Carbon steel or Stainless steel (sterile or non-sterile) singly packed in peel open pouches with a VCI protective inner line. A convenient number of individual pouches are boxed in a unit carton. The surgical blades are sterilized by gama radiation to a minimum dosage of 2.5M Rad.

CE Marked Gouge blades are made of SWISS carbon steel with a perfectly shaped profile. Individually packed in color coded foil packs with protective VCI liner. Available in sizes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 15. Gouge blades can be used with a standard metal handle of fitment 3 or with round collet handles made of either stainless steel or aluminum.

The complete range of KIATO stitch cutters has a rounded tip for safety. Stitch cutters allow easy cutting of stitches with minimized discomfort. Available in three sizes, mini stitch cutter and standard stitch cutter blades can be used with metal handle fitment 3. The long stitch cutter made of Swedish stainless steel is packed is packed in easy peel pouches. Stainless steel stitch cutters can also be supplied in bulk to kit producers.

Individually packed in foil, sterile podiatry blades come in packs of twelve per box.

PM40, PM40B, PM60 and PM60B. The post mortem range of blades is ideal for use by Pathologists for Autopsy and other post mortem procedures. The range comes with 2 types of points. PM40 and PM60 blades come with a traditional point. PM40B and PM60B have a more rounded point. The PM40 range of blades are meant to be used with screw type heavy duty handles while the PM 60 range has a conventional slot and is meant to be used with the standard range of metal BP handles.
