The Seraseq Tumor Mutation DNA Mix v2 (AF7) HC is a multiplexed mixture of actionable biosynthetic DNA targets precisely blended with a single, well-characterized genomic background. This product is produced under rigorous design control and manufacturing practices to an allelic frequency of 7%, and is offered in a high concentration (HC) format at 25 ng/µL. Designed to assess the overall performance of your somatic mutation assay by next-generation sequencing (NGS), this unique product includes a wide range of single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertion-deletion mutations (indels), and structural variants (SVs).

Whole transcriptome RNA sequencing allows for the analysis of fusion genes with potential clinical utility that currently cannot be detected using the limited genomic coverage of targeted NGS panels. Additionally, some clinical cancer testing labs are evaluating whole transcriptome panels for improved diagnostic yields and clinical utilization for NGS-based tumor profiling test reimbursements. Expanding fusion gene content and higher detection efficiencies will expand use of fusion analysis in clinical NGS applications. Maybe most importantly is that new therapies are targeting fusion genes as clinical biomarkers for treatments of various adult and pediatric cancers.

The AccuPlex™ SARS-CoV-2 Verification Panel – Full Genome contains three different concentrations of positive reference material for the entire SARS-CoV-2 genome. Also includes negative reference material directed against the human RNase P gene. The panel is optimized for assay verification at installation by documenting test performance along the assay’s range enabling laboratories to establish lower limits of detection, perform assay comparisons, and evaluate staff proficiency.

The AccuPlex SARS-CoV-2 Molecular Controls Kit – Full Genome contains positive reference materials for the entire SARS-CoV-2 genome. Also includes negative materials targeting the human RNase P gene. It is designed to measure day-to-day performance of the assay, providing both a positive and a negative reference solution.
