The Lighthouse Imaging and Optics Advantage
Design for OEM Optical Commercialization
As OEM optical manufacturers, we are differentiated from our competitors in several ways allowing us to meet our clients needs.
The Lighthouse Imaging focus is to help OEM visualization and optical product ideas from concept into commercialization. We are not interested in prolonging the development phase to generate additional NRE revenue. Instead, we look to accelerate timelines to commercialize our clients products and generate manufacturing revenue as quickly as possible.
We are committed to moving products methodically and efficiently through the various phases of product development.
Through dedicated efforts in the initial Planning Phase we define not only the product specifications and features, but truly understand what it takes to bring a product to market.
From day one, we design the product for manufacturing taking into consideration the cost of goods. While our competitors can design products to meet performance specifications most don’t emphasize product cost to meet clients financial objectives.
The keys to a successful long-term partnership for our clients is based on four critical elements: product performance, timeline, budget, and transfer price. In addition, the rapport between Lighthouse and the client is important to ensure optimal collaboration. Using clear and thorough communication, we strive for our client to receive maximum value from the partnership.
