The oscillating saws are designed for Stryker saw blades and Synthes-AO saw blade connectors. The saws exist in 4° and 2° versions to give different options. A reliable adaption mechanism or quick coupling is provided.

The classic range of manual drill chucks and hand drills is also available to medical bees customers for purchase. We have universal drill chucks with T-handle, Roehm and Jacobs drill chucks as well as BUNNEL and RALK  drills in our product range. These products have been in use for decades, in some cases since the beginning of modern surgery at the beginning of the 20th century, and have often been manufactured in unchanged form since then.

Today, manual drills are often replaced by battery-powered medical motor systems such as drills, ream machines and saws in most orthopedic procedures and orthopedic surgeries. A broken bone needs to be surgically treated, a plate needs to be fixed, this is where a drill and screwdriver come into play.

In the orthopedics section black magnum instruments you can order and buy complete sets of sterilizing racks for easy storage and sterilization, all made by medical bees. A new handle design for curettes, Cobb elevators, chisels and hammers is available in these sets. Straight, forward and backward curved curettes and ring curettes in 320 and 340 mm lengths are available. The sets have 6 or 12 curettes and are all available with black handles in various diameters and handle lengths.

Dermatomes can be operated either manually or electrically. The first dermatome, developed in the 1930s, were manually operated. Afterwards, dermatomes which were operated by air pressure, such as the Brown dermatome, achieved higher speed and precision. Electrical dermatome are also an option.
