R&D biotechnology company Midatech Pharma has revealed changes to its board, following its chairman announcing his intention to retire.
Rolf Stahel will step down from the board on 20 June 2022 and it is expected that Stephen Parker will be appointed as non-executive chairman, following the AGM.
