Metoxit Z-CAD - Biocompatible High-performance Zirconia
The benefits of this biocompatible high-performance zirconia with reduced translucency speak for themselves. Discolored prepped teeth, metal or other posts and cores in the anterior and posterior regions can be successfully masked without compromising esthetics. A broad range of indications allows the dental technician of esthetic outcomes for all situations. For bar constructions, frameworks with large spans, superstructures, abutments, single crowns or 1-16 unit restorations - with Z-CAD® HD you are always on the safe side. This material is primarily recommended as a framework material for veneering with ceramic. Screw or cement retained, your restoration will fulfill all your needs.
Metoxit Z-CAD - Smile Esthetic Zirconia for Dental Restorations
Z-CAD Smile Esthetic Zirconia is engineered for dental laboratories seeking biocompatible materials with high translucency and optimal strength for anterior and posterior restorations. Offering a translucency of 49% and a biaxial strength exceeding 610 MPa, it caters to the demands of esthetic dental solutions. Suitable for veneers, inlays, onlays, partial and single crowns, as well as bridges of up to three units, it ensures versatility in application. The material is ideal for both cemented and screw-retained restorations and can be customized further using zirconium veneering ceramic. Available in white, three bleach shades, and 16 classical Vita colors, it ensures aesthetic adaptability. Conforming to ISO 6872:2019 standards, Z-CAD is designed for monolithic and customizable dental applications with Ø98.5mm discs available in multiple thicknesses, offering laboratories a comprehensive range for various dental requirements.
Metoxit Z-CAD - High-Performance Zirconia for Dental Restorations
The Z-CAD One4All is a versatile high-performance zirconia designed for dental CAD/CAM applications. Notable for its 45% translucency and over 1000 MPa biaxial strength, it adapts well for anterior and posterior dental restorations. This material is suitable for crowns, veneers, inlays, bridges, and hybrid prostheses, offering both monolithic and veneered options. It supports personalization through zirconium veneering ceramic or zirconia press ceramic. Complying with ISO 6872:2019 Class 5, Z-CAD One4All is biocompatible, available in white, three bleach shades, and 16 Vita classical shades. It is provided in discs of varying thickness from 10mm to 30mm, addressing a wide range of laboratory requirements for custom dental restorations. The material is an excellent choice for screw or cement-retained applications, ensuring robust and aesthetic outcomes.
