The MicroAire SmartDriver™ is the first choice in power for orthopaedics, trauma and sports medicine. SmartDriver provides the versatility and choice of power sources including pneumatic, electric and the industry’s first Nickel Metal Hydride Battery. The SmartDriver provides up to 140 in.oz. of torque and 1600 RPM of speed to insert K-wires and Steinmann pins up to 3.2mm for fixation. The high-torque drilling and light reaming couplers produce an impressive 31 in. lbs. of torque at 500RPM. The attachments are available for drilling, pinning, reaming, sawing and pulse lavage.
