During Cook’s decade long tenure as Founder & CEO and in partnership with Michael Graff who joined as co-founder in 2009 leading product development, Navigating Cancer became the leading patient management solution used by thousands of providers caring for millions of cancer patients, with proven results in improving medication adherence and lowering cost by reducing unnecessary emergency room visits and hospitalizations.
Our comprehensive suite of digital oncology solutions improves the patient experience by enabling effective care management, integrating remote patient monitoring into the clinic workflow and delivering valuable insights for oncology care innovation and collaboration.
