BM306 is an investigational live biotherapeutic product that contains the Foundation Guild™ bacteria in a defined consortium. This investigational drug is designed to treat diseases by replenishing the missing or extinct Foundation Guild™ bacteria in a patient`s gut microbiome.

NM108 is an investigational botanical drug that is designed to treat diseases by promoting the growth of either the existing or replenished Foundation Guild™ bacteria in a patient`s gut microbiome. NM108 is currently in phase 2 trial as well as available for Expanded Access (compassionate use).
