NZYTech - Recombinant Acetyl-CoA Synthetase
Recombinant Acetyl-CoA synthetase (EC 6.2.1.1) is purified from a modified E. coli strain. Acetyl-CoA synthetase is an enzyme (EC 6.2.1.1) involved in metabolism of carbon sugars. It is in the ligase class of enzymes, meaning that it catalyzes the formation of a new chemical bond between two large molecules. The enzyme is provided in 3.2 M ammonium sulphate.

They therefore have a very broad quantification profile.
NZYTech - Deng/ZIKV/CHIKV Multiplex One-Step RT-qPCR Kit, RUO
This NZYTech kit is designed for the detection and differentiation of Dengue virus, Zika virus (ZIKV) and Chikungunya virus (CHIKV). Individual tests have been designed in the conserved regions of each virus such that all isolates and subtypes will be detected simultaneously in the same test. The Dengue component of the test will detect subtypes 1, 2, 3 and 4 but will not differentiate between them. A positive Dengue test results indicates that the sample has either one of these four subtypes. SARS-CoV-2 is identified by detecting RT-qPCR targets located in RdRp and N genes. In contrast, Influenza A and Influenza B viruses are detected through the amplification of targets located in M1 and NS2 genes, respectively.
