The Trinity Evolution allograft is comprised of cancellous bone with viable osteogenic and osteoprogenitor cells retained within the matrix and a demineralized cortical bone component. The Trinity Evolution allograft offers an ideal alternative to autograft and other bone grafting options.

The Trinity ELITE allograft, a third generation allograft with viable cells, provides a unique alternative to autograft, long considered the standard for bone grafting. Exclusively processed for Orthofix by our premier partner, MTF Biologics, the Trinity ELITE allograft builds on the exemplary safety profile of more than 200,000 Trinity Evolution and Trinity ELITE allograft procedures to date.

The CervicalStim device is the only bone growth stimulation therapy approved by the FDA as a noninvasive, adjunctive treatment option for cervical fusion in patients at high-risk for non-fusion. The device uses a pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) to induce a low-level electrical field at the fusion site which stimulates bone healing at a molecular, cellular, and tissue level. With an overall clinical success rate of 84 percent, the CervicalStim device increases fusion success significantly by 22 percent when used adjunctively to surgery.

The SpinalStim device is FDA approved to be used after spinal fusion surgery or to be used to treat a failed fusion from a previous surgery. The devices stimulate the natural healing process of bone by sending low-level pulses of electromagnetic energy to the injury or fusion site. The device has an overall clinical success rate of 92% in treating spinal fusion surgery patients. In addition, the SpinalStim device can be used for treatment of a failed spinal fusion, reducing the need for a revision surgery.
