Precision Edge was founded on producing orthopedic burs by means of precision off-hand grinding, and today we manufacture more than a thousand different types of surgical burs using state-of-the-art, multi-axis CNC grinding equipment.  No matter your discipline, we have the bur for you. Barrel, oval, round, acorn, pear-shaped, with the flute design you need, are just some of the bur possibilities from Precision Edge. We produce head sizes as small as .5 mm and as large as 24 mm with ultra-sharp cutting edges.  Our engineers will assist in designing the perfect bur for any surgical procedure.

More than 400 styles of bone saws and soft tissue blades are available in a number of lengths and widths, ranging in thickness from .4 mm to 1.52 mm to give you the right saw blade with the right amount of rigidity or flexibility for the job. If you need something unique, like a special bend, multiple blades, or custom tooth pattern, our blade engineers will help get you the best design for your intended use. Special coatings and finishes are available as well.
