Rarecells ISET - Isolation by SizE of Tumor Cells Technology
ISET, Isolation by SizE of Tumor Cells, is based on the antibody-independent whole blood filtration approach for CTCs and micro-emboli isolation. The solution relies on the larger size of all types of CTCs as compared to the majority of leukocytes. ISET system successfully captures CTCs that are presenting, by definition, heterogeneous phenotypic profiles.
Rarecells - Buffer used for Blood Dilution
The Rarecells® Buffer is used for blood dilution in order to lysate red blood cells without damaging CTC and CTM. The Rarecells® Buffer is provided as a set of three powders ready to be diluted.
Rarecells - Single-use Consumable Block
The Rarecells® Block is a single-use consumable to be inserted into the ISET® Device. The capacity of its wells can support the 10 mL of blood diluted with the Rarecells® Buffer for filtration. Once the filtration is achieved, the integrated filter membrane of the Rarecells® Block can be mounted on a slide for downstream processing.
