SOPAT - High-Resolution Inline Endoscope

The VI Probe PL is an advanced high-resolution inline endoscope designed for industrial applications within both laboratory and production environments. It allows real-time monitoring of particle sizes and shapes directly within active processes through efficient image analysis. This robust instrument supports a wide particle size range from 2 to 300 µm, with additional process connectors like flanges and retractable fittings such as the Knick Ceramat W155 to enhance its versatility. Constructed using durable materials such as 1.4404 stainless steel and a sapphire probe tip window, the probe is equipped to handle temperatures up to 130°C, extendable to 450°C with cooling accessories. Additionally, it withstands process pressures up to 10 bar, with customization options for higher pressures. The probe incorporates a 5.1 MP machine vision camera with a GigE interface, operating at 15 fps, and is equipped with Adaptaflex cable protection for durable field usage.

Its construction includes high-grade materials like 316L stainless steel and sapphire for durable use even in demanding conditions. The probe supports machine vision with a 5.1 MP camera and can function in process temperatures between -10 and 130°C, and even higher up to 450°C with supplementary accessories.
