Service dog training is something near and dear to our hearts. There is so many organizations and companies that are out there to SCREW over vulnerable and uneducated person looking for a service dog/ to have their service dog trained. We are committed to recommending WELL bred service dogs and provide the actual training of real tasks while abiding by ADA laws. Our trainers have been working with service dogs, specifically guide dogs, for years and are very keen on teaching reliable tasks that work in the real world.

Spectrum Canine’s most popular training package is the Immersion Program. The Immersion Program is a board-and-train style training in which you’re four legged pal stays in a trainer’s home for an extended period of time in order to receive intensive training. The idea behind the program is to immerse your canine into our structured and obedient lifestyle. This allows for bad behaviors to be curbed and good behaviors to be nurtured at an expedited pace. The Immersion Program has been extremely successful in raising perfect puppies, modifying negative behaviors and creating obedient companions.

Private lessons are a 1-on-1 approach to the training process. This is best for those who want to be very invested in the dog training process. Similarly to our other programs, the private lessons are all based off what you want from your dog. It is important to note that private lessons are completely based off of your (the owner)active participation. The trainer’s job is to teach the new skill and your job is to do the repetitions.
