Leva - Stand-Alone ALIF System
The Leva® AF Interbody Device features all-titanium construction, modular anterior plates and a selection of bone screws for integrated and stand-alone vertebral body fixation. As with all Leva® brand products, the device also offers a large graft chamber that facilitates copious grafting with complete graft-to-endplate contact within the device. The Leva® AF Interbody Device will also be complemented with a first-in-class expandable option, the Leva® AX Interbody Device.

Tornado® - Bioactive Bone Graft Matrix
Tornado® Bioactive Bone Graft Matrix is a unique combination of mineral, bioactive glass, and collagen processed into strips and moldable pucks for bone grafting procedures. The product features a perfect trio of mineral and bioactive glass particles, which are uniformly distributed throughout a 3-D collagen matrix. The resorption and remodeling profile of Tornado® Bioactive Bone Graft Matrix is more similar to normal human bone than those of synthetic materials, such as hydroxyapatite or tricalcium phosphate.
Tempest - Allograft Bone Matrix
Tempest® Allograft Bone Matrix is a sterile, ready-to-use allograft bone matrix composed of cancellous and partially demineralized cortical bone for use in filling a variety of bone voids. Its proprietary processing yields a bone allograft product with unique handling characteristics that is both osteoinductive and osteoconductive to support bone growth and cell migration.
