Sysmex - Urinalysis Decapping Module

The TH-11 is the next step towards a fully automated urinalysis work area. Opening all common urine tubes on the market ? no matter whether push top or screw top – the TH-11 eliminates another manual step in your workflow. With its direct connection to the UN-Series analysers – either UC-3500 or UF-5000/UF-4000 – it seamlessly transports the decapped urine sample tubes to these analysers. Included in the TH-11 is a start yard with a capacity of 14 racks, making it a perfect add-on for medium- to large-size laboratories who seek automation. In biochemistry as well as microbiology laboratories the TH-11 can shorten your TAT and make urine sample handling more convenient than ever before.

Sysmex - Fully Automated Urine Chemistry Analyser

The new UC-3500 is a fully automated urine chemistry analyser that offers particularly high clinical value. Urine sample material is dropped onto each pad of a dedicated test strip within the analyser. The entire sequence, starting from sample aspiration, to colour comparison and final output of the results is fully automatic. In addition to the five system parameters, the 11 test strip parameters include microalbumin and creatinin. Thanks to the new CMOS sensor, the device effortlessly distinguishes abnormal colours between RBCs and haemoglobin. And thanks to the refractometry measurement method, it also offers accurate results in terms of specific gravity and cloudiness. The analyser is also fast, capable of processing 276 samples per hour.

Sysmex - Semi-automated Urine Chemistry Analyser

The new UC-1000 integrates within your urinalysis workflow in many ways. Whether you are looking for a backup for your UC-3500 fully automated system or require a smaller system for processing individual test strip order requests, UC-1000 is equally well suited. You can set it up stand-alone or integrated into your UN-Series solution. You can choose between different test strips for the UC-1000: strips with 10 or 12 test pads, which can also be read manually thanks to the colour chart on the bottle. UC-1000’s technology helps to minimise adverse influences on the measurement process and produce consistent results. This is accomplished by capturing and scanning images of the test strips, from which the reflectivity analysis is performed.

Sysmex - Plasma-SeqSensei™ BC RUO Kit

Highly sensitive down to 0.06 % MAF, Able to detect 6 MM with 95 % confidence across all mutations (absolute quantification), High flexibility of between 2-16 samples/run, Fast TAT (2 days), Convenient software. Plasma-SeqSensei (PSS) BC RUO Kit allows for the highly sensitive and specific detection of mutations in circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) from the plasma of patients with breast cancer. The kit is based on the next-generation sequencing technology and covers key gene mutations such as AKT1, ERBB2, ESR1, KRAS, PIK3CA and TP53 to detect established and emerging predictive markers, resistance mutations, and frequently occurring genetic alterations in breast cancer. These genes significantly contribute to the development of breast cancer and are important biomarkers utilised for the choice of therapy, prognosis as well as monitoring of recurrence and therapy response.

Sysmex - Osna In Breast Cancer

Precise lymph node analysis providing accurate staging, Reliable diagnostic information for therapy decision, High flexibility in multi-cancer application (CE-marked for breast, colon and gastric cancer). Axillary management and the relevance of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) have undergone major changes in the last years. Clinical trials, which have investigated less invasive treatment approaches as a replacement of axillary surgery, indicate that axillary dissection can be omitted in patients with limited metastatic involvement. Consequently, treatment decisions and nodal staging more often have to be based solely on the diagnostic information derived from the sentinel lymph node (SLN).
