Biomarkers - Cardiac Markers

Diagnostic Kit

This kit is used for the in vitro quantitative determination of Cardial Troponin (cTnI) concentration in human serum/plasma or whole blood samples. Cardiac troponin I(cTnI), a 24kDa subunit of the troponin complex composed of 209 amino acids, regulates actin and myosin interactions by regulating the activity of Ca2+ on rhabdomyosin atpase. After myocardial injury, the cTnI complex was released into the blood and began to rise in the blood after 4 – 6 hours. The increased cTnI can remain in the blood for a long time (6 – 10 days), thus providing a longer test period. cTnI has high myocardial specificity and sensitivity and is one of the markers of myocardial infarction.

D-Dimer Test

This kit is used for the in vitro quantitative detection of D-Dimer concentration in human plasma and whole blood samples. D-Dimer is a specific degradation product produced by fibrin monomer crosslinked with activation factor and hydrolyzed by plasmin. Its formation and elevation reflect the activation of coagulation and fibrinolytic system of the body and are specific indicators of hypercoagulation and secondary fibrinolytic hyperactivity. The detection of D-Dimer has been applied to diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC), deep venous thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), cardiovascular disease and anticoagulation therapy. This product should be used together with the fluorescence lateral flow immunoassay analyzer produced by Prometheus Bio Inc. It can be used in medical and healthcare institutions.

cTnI / CK-MB / MYO Combo Test

This kit is used for the in vitro quantitative detection of Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI), Creatine Kinase MB (CK-MB), Myoglobin (MYO) concentration in human serum/plasma and whole blood samples. Cardiac troponin I: cardiac troponin I (cTnI) is a subunit of the cardiac troponin complex that regulates actin and myosin interactions by regulating the activity of Ca2+ on rhabdomyosin atpase. When myocardial injury is released into the blood, elevation begins 4-6 hours later, and elevated troponin I remains in the blood for 6-10 days, providing a longer detection period. CTnI has high myocardial specificity and sensitivity, and is an ideal marker for myocardial infarction. Myoglobin (MYO), an early marker of myocardial infarction, is elevated 1 hour after the onset of a heart attack.
