Cell Isolation & Cryopreservation Services
Xeno Diagnostics’ donor program provides both a number of different donors as well as a number of donors who can be used for longer term studies. All donors have been consented through our institutional review board program. By maintaining our own donor pool, we can perform assays using either fresh or cryopreserved cells. Besides humans, XD has isolated PBMCs from baboons, cows, cynomolgus macaques, pigs, goats, dogs, cats, and rats. Animal specimens are processed less than 24 hours from blood draw and are cryopreserved in our state-of-the-art storage facilities. Our storage facilities are temperature controlled and monitored 24/7 with emergency power backups and redundant equipment for specimens stored at +4oC, -20oC, -80oC, and liquid nitrogen.
Regenerative Medicine Services
Regenerative medicine is a discipline of medicine that focuses on the repair or replacement of damaged or diseased cells or tissues. Many institutions are developing novel methods to use naturally occurring cells, transgenic cells, derived cellular products, or engineered products to affect the repair or replacement process. Xeno Dx has been involved with testing services of umbilical derived CD34+ cells, MSCs, and novel biologically derived products throughout the discovery, development, and application of these in the regenerative process.
Immuno-Oncology Services
Xeno Diagnostics is a provider of in-vitro assays for early-stage drug development.
