A two-part stain to detect foetal haemoglobin (Hb-F) in a blood smear according to Shepard’s modification of the Kleihauer-Bekte staining method. The protocol also requires the use of a fixative/diluent solution (e.g. product code 610591) and a counter stain (e.g. product code 610371).
