Piramal Critical Care marked its entry in the field of inhalation anesthetics in 2002 with the acquisition of ICI India Ltd. and was further built through strategic acquisitions. We recently acquired brands and all related Intellectual Property, including know-how to make both API and finished dosage forms, of a line of Janssen products. We also acquired a portfolio of intrathecal spasticity and pain management drugs from Mallinckrodt LLC. Ability to build successful partnerships has always been an integral part of our growth story. Looking ahead, we will increase the share of our existing products and add hospital pharmaceutical products to our portfolio. Piramal Critical Care has strong manufacturing and process development experience with wholly owned, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the United States and India, inspected periodically by the US FDA and the UK MHRA and other regulators.
